Glorious Model D Mouse Review

Those who wouldn’t prefer the Glorius Model D because it is wired can go for the Glorious Model D Wireless, but they do have slight differences. The Model D wireless has six programmable buttons while the Model D has five, and the Model D wireless boasts a higher 19,000 DPI than the Model D’s 12,000 DPI. Additionally, the Model D Wireless has a lower 3.9ms latency over a wired connection (its USB-C cable) compared to the wired Model D, which is at 6.6ms. The Glorious Model D mouse’s five programmable buttons may not be as inviting to gamers as the Glorious Model I, which has nine programmable buttons. The Model I’s click latency of 3.5ms also means more responsiveness than the Model D’s 6.6ms latency, and its operating resolution of 19,000 DPI is also higher than the Model D’s 12,000 DPI. At 70.2g, the Glorious Model D Mouse is slightly lighter than the Razer DeathAdder V2, which weighs 79.9g. They both have a matte coating, but the 7.1ft cable on the V2 is longer than the 6.7ft flexible, paracord-like cable on the Model D. Being wired mice, they both miss out on receiver storage, but the V2 has up to 18 programmable inputs, while the Model D only has five.
