On paper, it has all of the right features and is a great energy star rated energy saving model, but is it really one of the best WiFi Smart Air conditioners?

Rated at 10,000 BTUs, this smart air conditioner is powerful enough to cool a room up to 450 square feet. That is perfect for most living rooms and bedrooms. The built-in WiFi lets you control everything from your smartphone whether it is Android or iOS. You can change things like the fan speed, temperature, modes and turn it on and off.

Frigidaire FGRC1044T1 Smart Window Air Conditioner App
I was impressed with the Frigidaire smart app used to control the various air conditioning functions of this air conditioner. It provides you the convenience of the modern era thanks to built-in WiFi and app control makes things super easy. You can easily change fan speed, temperature control, control modes and turn it on and off, get alerts about when to change the filter, set a schedule for your AC run times and more. This model has great cooling capacity. Up to 450 square feet. If you have a small apartment or are looking to cool a medium sized room, this model is priced great for the coverage area. Your smartphone is your remote control giving you the convenience to remotely command it and run your AC from anywhere. You can easily program your AC for anything you need.
While it isn’t perfect, you can’t go wrong with this air conditioner with wifi control, for the price. It’s a bit on the loud side, but it makes up for this with great room coverage, built-in Wi-Fi, a stellar smart app, and plenty of power. The antibacterial mesh is also a nice touch, making things just a bit healthier. As is the effortless scheduling. It is one of the best smart phone controlled AC units out there. I was very impressed with this high BTU window air conditioner and the Frigidaire app.
One thing that I noticed right away was that the air quality seemed much better than other AC units. It felt more like clean air.
It’s also compatible with Amazon’s Alexa, so Frigidaire really makes things easy for you. Just ask and Alexa can take care of things for you. To top it all off, the Frigidaire FGRC1044T1 has an Energy Star rating of 12, so it is one of the lowest cost to operate window units in its segment. Talk about an energy saver. The energy efficiency here will translate to a lot of saved money.
This air conditioner with wifi is an excellent value when you consider energy costs. Frigidaire is known for their kitchen accessories and is an air purifier maker as well, but many don’t realize that they make great AC units and portable air conditioners as well.
