The Emojo Caddy Pro Electric Trike is a well-made tricycle with plenty of high-end features, including a seven-speed transmission that can easily handle hills and steep inclines and a durable frame that can easily accommodate up to 320 pounds, all compounding together to be recognized as the best electric trike.

Why We Like It – Emojo Caddy Pro Electric Trike

The high-quality Emojo Caddy Pro Electric Trike has plenty of bells and whistles, including a 7-speed transmission, durable hydraulic brakes, and a sturdy design that can easily accommodate max loads of 320 pounds. You might want to enjoy relaxed cruises around the neighborhood. A good bike you should know about is in the Electrobike gama cruise review.

Pros
  • 7-speed transmission and hydraulic brakes
  • Max load of 300 lb
  • Oversized fat tires can handle variety of terrains
Cons
  • Requires a fair bit of assembly
  • Cost is high

Durability & Build Quality

The trio of fat tires on the model caddy allows the trike to ride upon a wide variety of terrain types, and the safety-enhancing hydraulic brakes. The oversized rear basket is great for hauling groceries, and the seat features robust back support. Of course, you won’t find this on the model in our Razor MX350 dirt rocket electric motocross bike review, but it is a fun ride.

The Emojo Caddy trike also ships in two boxes and requires a fair bit of assembly, though some tools are included. While the front suspension integrated into the fork gives a smooth ride on the road or sidewalk, it’s not made for rougher terrain like gravel. And, if you’d like a beach bike, read our Micargi Cyclone review.

Performance (Speed & Acceleration)

Though the 500-watt motor power can easily reach 20 miles per hour. But, there is no reverse function, which could make it somewhat difficult to back into a parking space. The high-speed abilities of the pedal assist to leave the competition like the Addmotor Motan lagging behind. So, for a faster bike, you’ll want to learn how to make an electric bike faster. But what about a more relaxed bike? You can look at a heavy-duty and stable bike with baskets to help you carry your shopping. Get more details in the Emojo electric bike review.

Range & Battery

The battery type is a 48V Lithium-ion; they had a pre-order deal at one point allowing for an upgrade; unfortunately, it’s past, so it’ll cost more to upgrade or buy a second battery in order to double your time on the trike. However, even with one battery, this top ebike with distance can travel up to 35 miles on a single charge.

Safety features

Making use of the hydraulic Tektro disc brakes, the Caddy Pro makes stopping safe and simple, combined with a battery-integrated headlight that points where you steer, providing more safety and visibility than other E Trikes like the Razor Power Rider 360 Electric Tricycle.

Value

Unlike the Fat Tire Recumbent Trike, this three-wheeled electric bike has free shipping making the high price tag slightly less costly, that glaring con is out of the way, it should be noted the aluminum alloy frame is very stable with high utility, and the entire trike is rated for an impressive 330lb capacity altogether, so it’s not a problem of the trike breaking down on you after costing so much. To carry more, the EWheels EW-29 has a load capacity of 400 pounds. However, if you don’t need any storage space and would rather just zip around for fun, the eDrift UH-ES395 fat tire electric trike should fit that bill. It seems the chance of shipping damage to the front tire or the disc tire is low due to they’ll come shipped within, if the Emojo electric trike is damaged though they have a good return policy though the reviews didn’t clarify what it was.

Emojo Caddy Pro Electric Trike Wrap Up

Aside from being the best choice for anyone who can look past the cost and the need to assemble the bike, though many reviewers did remark being happy knowing how to fix the Caddy Pro Motor type hub motor due to having needed to assemble the bike.
