Quit hogging all the french fries and nuggets to yourself and share with your family. Coming in as large as 7 quarts, this air fryer cooks enough food for a small family (3-5 people).

What impressed us the most was how little oil was needed for meals. All air fryers use oil to some degree. How efficiently the air fryer uses said oil is different. The Elite Platinum EAF-1506D 3.5 QT Digital Air Fryer was able to use 85% less oil! Not only did that leave our food tasting delicious, but marginally healthier than before. It helps that the air fryer did an excellent job spreading out the heat; it gets pretty hot at its maximum temperature of 400 degrees F.
Another important aspect of the Elite Platinum EAF-1506D 3.5 QT Digital Air Fryer is its size. There’s a variety of sizes available, from the itty bitty 3.2 quart to the massive 7 quart and a few in between. This means you can take advantage of its performance at varying sizes and families. Got a big family? Go with the 7 quart. More importantly, you get the same safety features across the board. This comes in the form of a cool-to-the-touch handle and a timer that shuts the fryer off after 60 minutes. We just wish it would have come in different colors to match kitchens easier.
Where the Elite Platinum EAF-1506D 3.5 QT Digital Air Fryer falters a bit is with its price. Is it overpriced? Not at all; in fact, given its performance, features and design, we think $86 is right on track and even better than the Cosori Electric Air Fryer. The problem is the 7 quart version is marked at $80, making the 3.5 quart and GoWise USA GW22731 obsolete to a degree. If you’re planning meals for a family, we highly suggest you go for the 7 quart version since 3.5 quarts isn’t quite enough for an average family. If 3.5 quarts is what you’re after, the GoWise USA 3.7 Quart Air Fryer is cheaper.
Using as little oil as possible was the mission here, and we think Elite Platinum EAF-1506D 3.5 QT Digital Air Fryer nailed it. And given that it’s great for family homes, safety measures were taken in the form of a cool handle and automatic shutdown timer. We only suggest you consider bumping up a few sizes for better pricing.
