It didn’t place on our best car diffuser list, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check out the econoLED Car Humidifier Mini Diffuser. This air purifier/aroma diffuser/humidifier is similar to other air purifier aroma devices but actually performs slightly better than the other generics (mainly it lasts longer and is more reliable). Whether you drive one of the best vehicles out ther or not, I am sure you will agree a good humidifier and air freshener wouldn’t hurt. Read on to learn more about this product.
The EconoLED Car Humidifier is a humidifier/mini air purifier that is essentially a clone of similar products. Surprisingly, it actually has better customer reviews than similar products, so this econoLED product may be the mini air purifier/aroma diffuser/air freshener that you’ve been looking for.
This little mist maker is the perfect thing to use with your essential oils. Portable diffuser devices are often not adjustable, but this car diffuser has a 180-degree range-of-motion. Unfortunately, the econoLED car humidifier can’t charge your mobile devices like the Gulaki Diffuser Essential Oils Multifunction can, and it also lacks the intermittent mode commonly found in many freshener/purifier products. Make sure to only add a drop or two of soluble essential oils. Portable devices tend to have small parts, and as such, the air vent will clog if you overload this air freshener with oil. And remember to keep your car seats protected from spills. For some of the best car seat protectors, check out our Diono Ultra Full Size Protector Black review.

This car humidifier/mini air purifier plugs directly into your car outlet (try the RoyAroma Aromatherapy Essential Stainless Freshener for a non-electric alternative). Thanks to its adjustable 50ml tank, you can easily aim a freshener/purifier/aromatherapy mist within a full 180-degree range-of-motion. The makers of this device appear to assume that you will always fill the tank, because this purifier/aroma diffuser/air freshener goes through 25ml of liquid per hour, and has an automatic shutoff timer that powers down the device after two hours of solid use. The device itself is available in blue, pink, & purple.
The econoLED purifier/aromatherapy mist maker is slightly more expensive than other generic models, at $14.99. This could explain why it works better than cheaper clones that only cost $12.99. On the other hand, for only $5 more, you can get our #1 pick, the InnoGear Essential Refresher Ultrasonic Aromatherapy Diffuser, so that choice is up to you. Still, this air freshener/purifier/aromatherapy device seems to last a while for most users, although some have complained of it only lasting a few months. It offers free shipping & free returns, but as usual, there is no warranty.
The econoLED Car Humidifier is a solid choice as far as clone products go. It costs slightly more than similar models but is still priced under $15, making it more than affordable. It doesn’t hold a lot of liquid, and can’t process a large amount of essential oil, but if all you want is a simple plug-and-play diffuser then you should be satisfied with this purchase.
