Its cooking power is also pretty solid, as it’s got 4 different stainless steel burners that each have a heat output of 15000 BTUs, making it a lot better in terms of cooking performance compared to the Blackstone tabletop grill, which only has one H-type burner with a heat output of 12000 BTUs. The 36-inch Blackstone griddle also boasts electric ignition, so you won’t need to use a lighter to get it warmed up.
