If you’re looking for the best 1080p TV, then you might want to research the AXESS TV1705-24 24-Inch LED Full 1080p HDTV. It’s fairly easy to set up and wall mount and is the perfect size for small spaces. Its picture quality and size make this one of the best TVs for small spaces and budgets.
The AXESS TV1705-24 24-Inch LED Full 1080p HDTV is good for small spaces like dorm rooms and small apartments. The front-facing speakers have great sound quality, which is surprising for a small TV.
This AXESS TV1705-24 TV is a basic unit: HD LED TV with a flat-screen and a max resolution of 1920×1080. Compared to LCD TVs, LED TVs have deeper contrast and better pictures. However, the AXESS TV has very few picture adjustment settings and no backlight, meaning the colors are less realistic than on other TVs on the market. Another affordable option, the Acer SB220Q offers a full HD resolution but lacks integrated speakers.

Amazon reviews say that the sound is pretty good for a small TV. The speakers are on the front of the unit and have built-in noise reduction. There is an audio output port so you can plug in external speakers if needed.

The AXESS is one of the cheaper 1080p TVs on the market, but you can definitely get better picture quality TVs for the same price. The built-in channel tuner does add value, but without smart features or better pictures, this unit isn’t the best value 1080p TV we’ve researched. Compare the AXESS TV to the LG 22LJ4540 TV, which has better pictures and is the same small size.
The AXESS TV1705-24 24-Inch LED Full 1080p HDTV is an okay unit for small spaces like dorm rooms and kitchen counters. It does have its drawbacks, as it doesn’t have as many features as other 1080p TVs on the market. Before you buy, read more reviews of other 1080p TVs, like the Sony X900E.
