A tiny roller or crunch equipment just isn’t going to cut it if you want serious results. But you also don’t want to go out of your way to find a gym. Instead, bring the gym to your home with the AB Doer 360. It might just be the best ab machine and arguably the best exercise equipment because it does more than target your core muscles.

Ideal for beginners or the experienced, the AB Doer 360 is the total package: exercise equipment, DVD, and nutrition handbook so you can improve more than just your weight but eating habits as well.

The AB Doer 360’s success comes from providing resistance to various parts of your body. And with how unique its shape is, you’ll be working muscles that aren’t always focused on. Pop in the DVD inside for a quick startup and you’ll be strengthening your core in no time. In fact, your chest, back, hips, rear end, thighs and legs get a workout, too. It was more comprehensive than, say, a Cap Barbell. John Abdo, the designer of the equipment, made it a point to make it easy for even beginners to understand, and we certainly agree.
The AB Doer 360 gets a major plus in the design department. Its unique design is what incorporates much of the success you’ll achieve. Weight loss aside, there are a few downsides to its particular shape and size—but let’s focus on positives first. The seat itself, which is where you’ll spend your time, is very comfortable. Cushions were added along the back too. The seat is also quite wide, capable of handling various body sizes. Unfortunately, it cannot be folded and stored like the Star Uno Ab Machine. And portability is off the table.
The AB Doer 360 leans more into expensive territory, but it does go above and beyond. Rather than just give you workout equipment like the N1Fit Ab Roller, you get a DVD and nutritional guidebook inside. So, you will be able to put this equipment to work burning weight and improve your knowledge on personal health. Considering its performance, overall design and results, we can certainly five the AB Doer 360 our mark of excellent value—especially as comprehensive exercise equipment.
The AB Doer 360 isn’t all that portable; you can’t even fold it for storage. What it will do is improve the strength of your upper and lower body, in addition to focusing on your core strength. And you can’t go wrong with a DVD and nutrition handbook. The AB Doer 360 is shaping up to be the most comprehensive exercise equipment on our list.
