It seems that everybody is trying to score that Sharp 42-inch LCD TV at Best Buy that’s going for under $200 this Black Friday and are already camping out. But Best buy has more amazing deals like a digital photo frame that normally costs $60 for only $24.99, Sony’s Cyber-Shot DSCW570 that’s normally $159.99 for only $99, a Gateway Notebook for $149 that’s usually $300 and for those looking for a bigger TV, a 60-inch LCD HD TV from Sharp for only $799.99 that is normally $1,099.99.

The HTC Evo Shift 4G makes a showing on Walmart site’s, and with the occasion we find out for sure that it will be running Android 2.2, while its screen is smaller than the Evo 4G’s, with 3.7 inches instead of 4.3, and a five megapixel camera that stacks poorly against the Evo 4G’s comparatively high end eight.

But the WiMAX enabled slider will get a processor upgrade, to a 800MHz Snapdragon identical to the one found on T-Mobile’s G2. Matching the upgrade is a downgrade in the form of a missing front camera.

Shipping is planned for January 9th, and a Radio Shack flyer pits the price at $150 with a plan.

When I think of Walmart and iPads I think of an iPad with a ponytail for some reason.  Given the fact that iPad shortages are amongst us, the news that Walmart will soon carry them is probably for the best of the tech hungry consumer.

The Senior VP of Walmart has stated that the US mega-retailer will carry the hot product later this year.  What will Walmart haters think about this?  Will a iPad Walmart specific App emerge?

With raised hipster fists clenching PBR cans above a sacred dive bar, word has hit the streets that Walmart is now selling a fixed gear bike for $150.  Manufactured by 1980′s BMX icons Mongoose, the bike is called the Cachet.  Not quite sure how it’s supposed to be pronounced, the bike has an aluminum frame and is actually more of a single speed than fixed gear, but it’s always more fun to write as if a hipster is being stabbed in the heart.

Well, I guess I was wrong, it is week 41 for Walmart!  Because today that leaked deal, the Xbox 360 Arcade console with $100 Gift Card for $199, it’s now live.  Unfortunately, it looks like it’s available in stores only, but they’ve got it listed on their website, so it doesn’t get more official than that!

Update: I’m hearing the sale start this Saturday, 11/7, despite Walmart already listing it on their site.

As we draw closer to holiday shopping time we are seeing more and more Black Friday deals revealed.  And while many of those have been issued from the retailer themselves, Walmart looks to be holding out a bit longer, that it until today when an ‘off the chain’ Xbox 360 deal was leaked out.

According to the above screen shot the ‘Rollback’ retailer will be selling an Xbox 360 Arcade console for $199 with a $100 gift card, which essentially brings the total price to $99 (plus tax).  The only thing that doesn’t make sense is that it says ‘weekly events – week 41′.  The problem with that is that we’re already in week 42 of the year, but let’s hope they’re working off a fiscal calendar.

The Walmart iPhone officially went on sale yesterday.  As expected the 8GB will cost $197 and the 16GB $297. Anything else special about the Walmart phone?  Nope, you’ll just save $3.

Starting as soon as 12/17 Walmart will begin to sell the Apple iPhone..to its employees only.  It’s actually a ‘pilot program’, where a total of 488 of the Sam Walton retailers will each receive 5 iPhones to sell.  Corporate makes it sound like if they don’t sell all 5 then they don’t get the iPhone for full retail sales, which will start as soon as 12/28.  And no, you won’t pay $99 unlike the rumor we mentioned a few weeks ago.  Nope, instead you’ll drop $197 on an 8GB and $297 on a 16GB plus you’ll need to sign a 2 year AT&T contract.

Rumor has is that Walmart is set to get a 4GB iPhone.  Yes, the same one, well, not exactly the same one Apple discontinued, but a 3G version.  Since the Walmart shoppers are bargain hunters, or just down right poor, it’s a little more likely and at a price tag of just $99, half the price of the 8GB, it’s not that far fetched, especially since Best Buy sells the iPhone.

Walmart or Costco, someones getting a cheaper iPhone if Apple wants to become the number one provider of smartphones in the US, or perhaps even China (this would only apply to a Walmart scenario).
