Ustream cut it close, but somehow they managed to get their Viewing Application for the iPhone approved. That means million of 3G iPhone users can now slam the Ustream severs and watch our 44th Prez get sworn into 4 long years of economical hardship.
Ustream, which just announced an app to watch our 44th Prez get inaugurated, has a ’super secret’ app for the iPhone that will allow video recording and streaming. Hit the video, but you’ll see that Ustream’s CEO goes on to basically say that this is the first app to record and stream video on a non-jailbroken iPhone, which is only partially true because it’s a 3G iPhone. You see, Qik added video capabilities to Robert Scoble’s iPhone except his was a Gen 1, Edge iPhone.

Ustream hasn’t officially released the app to the iTunes Store just yet, but come January 20th, 2008 you’ll be able to watch our 44th president get inaugurated on your iPhone. How so? You’ll need to email Ustream and request the application, or just wait it out and hope it shows up in the app store before Tuesday.
