Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter To Cost $100, Ouch

The Xbox 360 might reign supreme in the game department, but from a hardware perspective it stills falls short when compared to the PS3.  You’re probably think I’m talking about Blu-ray, right?  Wrongzo.  I’m talking about the lack of built-in WiFi.  And it now looks like you’re gonna have to drop a pretty penny if you want your 360 to have the latest and greatest in wireless connectivity, because Gamestop currently lists the Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter for $100.  If you commit now you can expect it to ship 11/3, but seeing as it costs 1/3 as much as a brand new Elite system I’d suggest you take a big fat pass.

Sandisk Unveils SlotMusic With Preloaded Music

Today Sandisk announced their new Micro SD card, the SlotMusic. Each card will have a minimum capacity of 1GB and will play back music at up to 320 kilobytes per second. Every card will be preloaded with DRM free content from artists around the globe. The current publishers involved are EMI Music, Sony BMG, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group artists. Video will also be available at the artists discretion. Any leftover space can be used for limewire any other files you want! As of yet, it is unknown which albums will be featured, the price, and when it will be released but we’ll keep our ears pricked.
