Chilin Technology announced the world’s first lamp-free, liquid-cooled LED projector. Say no more! they already had me at “lamp free”. It’s easy to understand my excitement considering typical projector lamps burn out after a few thousand hours and cost an arm and leg to replace.

The innovative projector features 1080p resolution, 100,000:1 contrast ratio, 128% NTSC color gamut, and an eye-popping 50,000 hour LED life (that’s similar to plasma TVs).

Now let’s hope it doesn’t cost $50,000 a pop.
