After years in development, and rumors of vaporware Hillcrest is finally bringing to market their Loop remote. Instead of featuring tens of buttons, the Loop is an air mouse that utilizes internal sensors to determine where the pointer is on the screen and two buttons to navigate the onscreen menus. Since it uses RF to communicate with whatever device the USB dongle is plugged into, such as a PS3 or Apple TV, no line of sight is necessary. You can grab one at Amazon for $99.
