Vampires beware, because Belkin has got a stake in hand that will put your power sucking ways to a steadfast end.  The Conserve Surge with Timer isn’t as intuitive as TrickleStar’s gizmo, but still makes the grade for it’s green like ways.

There are a total of 8 outlets found in this surge protector, 6 of which that are connected to an 11 hour timer.  You click the wired remote to activate the timer and once the time has expired, presumably long after your day at the office has ended, the device cuts power to those outlets, saving you and your company some pretty pennies on their electricity bill.

I would’ve liked to see a customizable timer, but at the very least the built-in LED indicator on the wired remote blinks when the shut down time draws close.

The Conserve Surge with Timer from Belkin costs $34.99 and based on their case study should pay for itself in no time flat.

It was just yesterday that we saw iLuv’s 3rd party headphone adapter for the latest iPod Shuffle.  Today, Belkin officially kicked out their version, but costs $5 more than the competition; $20.  Surprisingly, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the iPhone, which uses the same control scheme in their latest set of headphones.  Perhaps a copy mistake?

Today, Belkin announced their line of Comfort Mice that will be available later this June (August for the corded version).  Ok, it’s far from exciting news so let’s just get these out of the way.

The Wireless version is available in blue, black, fuschia and red, includes a USB dongle that doubles as some sort of perch, a battery save mode and tracks your movement via an optical sensor.  It’ll cost $29.99 and takes 2 AAA batteries.

Next up is the Bluetooth Comfort Mouse.  It will retail for $49.99, comes in black and white and uses laser tracking technology.  No dongle is provided so your computer must have built-in Bluetooth in order for it work.

Lastly, and most certainly least is the Retractable Comfort Mouse.  It’s similar to the Wireless except it features a retractable cable that is said to prevent knots and tangles.  It will retail for $19.99.
