Lian Li announced the availability of their Xbox 360 case replacement, the PC-XB01. Basically, it places the internals of the system into a sleek, sexy metal casing with improved cooling and vibration protection. What you get is a cool, silent Xbox 360 that’ll fit right in with your entertainment system.
Before you take the plunge be aware that 1) it’ll void your warranty and 2) you’ll need the electronics know-how to transfer the system into the new chassis.

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet, much like the Naked Case 2. The clear case is best at protecting the iPhone (Gen 1 only) from scratches and the occasional bump. Because my testing didn’t include risking the virility of my iPhone I can’t say whether or not it would withstand a 1 - 2 foot drop. Given it’s lack of rubber housing and semi thin build, my guess is that it wouldn’t.
What the Naked Case 2 does do is completely protect the iPhone ’s body and screen without inhabiting its touch sensitivity. In fact, the Naked Case 2 made it easier to grip the iPhone since it features a beveled flat front unlike the rounded corners of the iPhone.
The volume, vibrate, home button, camera and dock connector remain exposed, and unfortunately the Naked Case 2 render the iPhone incompatible with the Read More

I must admit, I’ve never felt the desire to bedazzle my cell phone or shell out extra cash for a hot pink ipod case. I like technology for utility, not as a fashion statement. This probably explains my lack of enthusiasm upon reviewing Lexi Barnes’ laptop case collection. Not only do I not feel the need to “cuten” up my case, but I’m a little turned off by the bright bold patterns and the cutesy names (e.g., Gem, Superstar) that would be better suited for a 12 year-old’s lip gloss than a laptop. I cringe at the thought of showing up to an important interview with my hot pink, paisley designed case in tow (unless of course said interview was with Mattel or American Girl). The feminist in me wants to cry out against the notion that women should try to make their laptops more fashionable and flirty (something about this feels so 1950s), while the girly girl in me feels that the busy design and bright colors would clash with the majority of my wardrobe. While this particular product is not right for someone like me, it would be perfect for the gal who aspires to be just like Elle Woods in “Legally Blonde”.

I was recently riding home - on my bicycle - from the gym when some tween cruised by me on her cruiser bike. I’m not sure how she passed me, but when she did, she hit a nasty pot hole causing her PSP to go flying and take a mean dinger. What’s the point of my story? Buy a case if you’ve got a butterfinger tendency, or you’re just really careless with your electronics.
Wirelessground just contacted me and they’ve recently launched an all aluminum case for the Nintendo DS Lite. It’s made of 100% anodized aircraft grade aluminum and it’s designed to be form fitting so you don’t get too much added bulk on your slim DS. It’s got a neoprene inner lining to dampen any shock it might suffer, and includes a lid lock which keeps the case tightly closed.
You can pick it up here for $25

When I was a kid my brother’s friends stole Debbie Does Dallas, copied it and sold it to my friends for a tidy profit. It’s essentially a lock box for your discs (minus the case), which can be managed and operated all via your computer. - OpdiTracker software package included with every unit provides virtual online search of your discs and their content. Customize access to confidential discs and track discs loaned to others.
- Expandable capacity of up to 5 units (500 discs) at a time through a single USB connection. Additional towers can be added via powered USB hub.

In support of the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, Otterbox is donating 10% of the purchase price of all pink Strength cases for the iPhone and 3G iPod Nano. The Strength cases, from the Defender line, are double emblematic as ’strength’ is needed to overcome cancer, and pink of course represents the crusade to defeat cancer.

Wake up and smell the bandwagon. With more and more people and companies going “green” to help preserve our wonderful planet, it’s a logical step for consumer electronics and accessories to adhere to sustainable practices. This iPhone case by Agent 18 is probably one of the first of many to go this route.
Features:
- Simple two-piece slide on/off design
- Form-fitting and sleek
- Full-access to bottom connectors, microphone, and touch screen
- Docks with universal dock
- Eco-friendly material with minimum carbon impact
- Packaging made from recycled materials
Upon first notice, the case doesn’t add much extra dimension to the iPhone and conforms to the shape quite nicely. It also provides a little more traction to the slippery feel of the iPhone but not nearly as much as the heavy rubber INCASE covers. This can be good or bad depending on the tightness of your jeans, and I’m not sure if the Agent 18 plastic is all that shock absorbent in comparison. The only thing to be conscious of would be sitting in a car and being subject to loose change syndrome, as we all loathe that for sure. All in all, the Agent 18 feels nice in your hand and you’ve done your planet a favor. Just don’t drop it, and take it out of your pants pocket before you get in a car, especially if you are a thug with baggy ass pants. Eco friendly thugs…look for em’.
Purchase the Agent 18 Eco-Shield.

You know those ultra popular Croc shoes? Yeah, that hideous rubber like shoe meets sandle. Well, thanks to Verizon you can now look like a bigger schmuck with the Croc Phone case. Don’t be surprised if you see me on the street of LA laughing at you…from across the street of course. Read More

For the vane and opulent only, the iShield Mirror case turns the iPhone’s screen into a reflective surface when its screen isn’t illuminated. According to iLounge, it’ll turn the iPhone’s screen into a ‘wavy, fingerprint-attracting’ surface, though. Not bad looking if you wanna seperate yourself from other iPhone losers (just kidding, I have an iPhone). Available for the iPod Touch, too.

By now we’ve all seen a million cases for the iPhone. The Incase Slider is particularly attractive because it includes a hard case that protects the back and outer rim of the iPhone, and includes a removable bottom panel to expose the dock connector. It’s lined with rubber to prevent scuffing during insertion, and comes in glossy black or white.
Cost you $35 here.
