It’s a grand tradition on the website ThinkGeek that every April Fool’s day, they debut new “products” that, as you might have guessed, are fake. Although sometimes, they do actually become real. That’s unlikely for this year’s crop of fakes, but that doesn’t make them any less awesome.

In order, you’ve got:

Man, I Want Some Of This Stuff!

You’re not alone. And believe it or not, jokes from ThinkGeek’s past have become actual, real products. The “Tauntaun Sleeping Bag” is the most famous example, but at least some of this stuff are items we’re surprised don’t actually already exist. The Can-in-Stein and the LED wand in particular strike us as products that are only a matter of time before they’re actually for sale on the site.

Tell ThinkGeek! Again, not all of these can actually happen. The Star Trek frisbee, for example, blatantly violates every law of physics we can think of when it comes to flying objects. But some of the more realistic ideas may become actual products. It certainly can’t hurt to let ThinkGeek know on the product page that you would give them real, actual money for their currently fake products.
