  1. I have a question for anyone who can help:
In February 2014 my husband and I pre-ordered & prepaid Elder Scrolls Online Imperial Edition and we were told that the advance ordering and payment would give the ability to play online before the game was released yesterday.
-After creating account and registering the ability to play online was never available, even after entering all codes from GAME STOP receipt and calling the store several times for guidance.
-We gave up on the “early online” playtime (which was a big selling point for the pre-payment in Feb) and decided to just wait until game was picked up yesterday to play.
-I picked up the game yesterday in the huge box, asked the employee at Game Stop if we needed any special codes and he assured me everything would automatically install.
-I asked again about the “perks” we were promised by Game Stop employee and was told that it was EOS that failed it’s customers and didn’t make online available to people who paid for “advance orders”.
-Installed the game, registered it and it will only play at the STANDARD EDITION level.

GAME STOP says it isn’t their problem
    EOS hasn’t replied.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

    Any input is welcomed,
