Frequent travelers and casual ones alike often find themselves dealing with lost luggage. Sometimes it’s at the wrong gate, sometimes it’s been stolen, sometimes it’s been shipped across the world on a magical journey that will not end until well after you’ve bought entirely new stuff just so you have some pants. The CalypsoTag is a luggage tag that will hopefully bring this problem to an end.
Calypso Is Like So
The CalypsoTag is a fairly simple tool to track your luggage. Just pair it with your phone and, of course, the obligatory app that comes with the tag. Then, tie it to your bag, sit back, and be ready to track. The tag includes a low-power Bluetooth chip that means you can know if your bag is nearby and, in fact, if your bag is coming around on the carousel. Instead of jamming in with everyone else, you can wait until you know your bag is coming.
Rich Corinthian Leather
All right, so it’s not Corinthian, but it does look good. The CalypsoTag comes in four colors to better blend with your luggage, and it does indeed come in leather. It also has “European styling”, which appears to be code for “It looks kind of like a leather leaf.” But, either way, it looks quite good, so we’re not complaining.
Tag Your Bags
Unfortunately, as airlines cut budgets further and start trying to use eighth graders as baggage handlers as a cost-cutting measure or whatever they try to do, it’s going to be necessary to invest in tools like this. But, if you need to tag your luggage with a little locator tool, the CalypsoTag is a stylish way to ensure that you still have underpants when you get to your destination. If that’s a need you have to have fulfilled, it’s $99 online.
