How big is your phone’s screen? I’ve long lamented about the iPhone’s tiny screen, largely because I switched to a Nexus 4 last year and since have had a phone display that measures almost 5-inches in size. I’m not saying that it always makes sense, especially when it comes to single handed operation. But when I wanna crank on some work, watch a YouTube video, or shop, it helps – to put it mildly – to have a screen that exceeds 4.5-inches.
But screen size isn’t everything, as depicted by this rather simple infographic, which breaks down “the percentage of the phone front that is screen and not bezel”. Taking the podium, in overall percentile, is the LG G2, followed by the Note 3. Oddly enough, the iPhone 5c and 5s differ, but not because they have a different screen size – they’re exactly the same – but because of the body that surrounds the screen.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
