Earlier in September, Audi dropped news on their new Sport Quattro Concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, but have been pretty quiet about it since. All that changed when it released a new video that features the 700-hp tangerine model in all its glory. The Concept, a follow-up to the Quattro Concept that was shown back at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, was first shown to Facebook fans, which is now more than 100,000 strong. The new plug-in hybrid is design homage to Audi’s racing and rallying heritage and it’s powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine paired to an electric motor. It can hit 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and boasts a top speed of 190 mph. Rumors have circulated that Audi will produce the concept in limited numbers with its price tag to be around its R8 sportscar.
