  1. This company is dishonest and has failed to live up to its promises for the past year that I have owned their smartwatch. They do not offer all of the features that they advertise. Additionally, they offer to make things right by giving you a few options, but then renege on that offer after you agree to pay the fee. Essentially, my only option is to pay an upgrade fee, shipping, and customs fees in order to get a new watch that should have done what the first one was promised to do. Please do yourself a favor and do business with any other company making a smartwatch. I originally went with the Cookoo because there were only 2 legit smartwatch options. Pebble and Cookoo. Now there are plenty to choose from(not to mention Apple will likely release one this year).

Warning – do not buy this this watch. It is completly useless. You can hardly here the beep and the vibration is hardly noticable and there are no way to adjust the levels. You will miss 9 out of 10 phone calls if you are foolish enough to trust this watch. According to me this is just a beta product that never should have been released to the market.
