Last week Sony finally came clean and told the world when the Playstation 4 will officially go on sale; November 15th for the US /CA, and November 29th for the rest of the world. And although Sony has been in a war of the worlds with Microsoft since the two announced their respective console, there has yet to be a peep from the Xbox One maker despite the feud.
Well, it was only a matter of time until word leaked about the Xbox One’s release date, and that time, or day, is today.
[box_light]Xbox One rumored release date: November 8th, 2013[/box_light]
Now, to be candid this is not 100% solid and appears to be slightly speculative. Especially since the source’s info, an employee of a marketing company that handles signage for Walmart, indicates that the release date isn’t “confirmed” as evidenced by the pictured email below.
That said, the other items in the email are confirmed. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean too much with regards to the Xbox One console, though perhaps word was passed down that this is roughly the release date of the next-gen console. Of note, Amazon is listing COD Ghosts for the Xbox One with a release date of November 5th.
