I loathe printing. Why? Simply put: getting the document – which is more often than not a shipping label – to the printer from my phone or computer is an exercise in futility, or so it would seem. Ideally my phone would some how be able to magically spit out labels. But alas, that is neither here or there. However, there is a second best option. It’s Samsung’s line of Express Printers with NFC.

Just launch Samsung’s handy print app, tap your phone to the printer, and whamo, prints will magically appear without the need or interference of a computer, poor network connectivity, or any of the caveats that are usually joined with the always cumbersome printing experience.

But that’s not all Samsung’s Express Printers can do; it can also scan and fax. Using the very same NFC technology you can fax documents with a simple tap, or store your scanned photos directly to your handset. Great for those who do business the old school way (i.e. faxing) or are studying in school (i.e. scanning).

In addition to the above features, you’ll also enjoy: WiFi direct printing, fast printing speeds (fast CPU and copious RAM), a one touch eco button to save on toner, and remote monitoring.

Samsung’s NFC enabled printers start at about $180.
