So, last week I created a list of Star Wars ice cube trays. Little did I know that ThinkGeek had plans to unveil a new one just days later. Top of my list is the Death Star ice cube mold, which creates a giant spherical ice balls, perfect for Scotch sipping Wookiees and discerning Jedi Knights.
And that new ice tray is the Boba Fett version. It creates two molds: Boba Fett’s helmet and his Mandalorian symbol. Each batch will produce 6 cubes of ice, chocolate, or candles. In case you’re wondering, the Boba Fett ice cube tray is made from food-safe silicone and is dishwasher safe. It measures 6.25″ x 4.25″ x 1″, so storage shouldn’t be much of an issue, though I’d recommend getting two if you plan on producing non-edibles, such as candles.
ThinkGeek sells each Boba Fett ice cube tray for $10.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
