Do you get the black shoes, or the brown ones? The blue jeans or the grey pants? Split decisions often leave one in turmoil, or worse, a sense of self resentment. But you’ll never have to worry about that with the Halda Race Pilot watch, which ships with two time pieces.
Unlike a traditional watch that has a fixed face, the Race Pilot includes two distinctly different time pieces that can be instantly swapped out in a moments notice. For the race officiando, there is a digital version that contains lap time information on 150 of the world’s best race tracks, as well as a digital display, and an alarm that can emit an audible tone above the loudest of engines grunts. For off the track, or those seeking a more conservative approach, there is the mechanical module that displays time just like a good old-fashioned watch.
The case and bezel of the Race Pilot are made from Titanium, which is both light and extremely strong. Other features include a 50m water-resistant body, 3 push buttons for easy operation, a 3-axis accelerometer (measures G-Forces), alarm clock, world timer, and a variety of race timers.
The price of Halda’s Race Pilot watch is still TBD.
