Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."

  1. If you have a problem with food build up then I suggest you use an interdental pick as this is superior to flossing for budging large debris and to loosen any small debris for removal by floss/airfloss.

Everything is good in combination and you should not just be lazy and rely on one device for everything.

Interdental pick > flossing/airfloss > electric toothbrush > mouthwash is the best combination for me.

If you think this is a chore then just think how long you spend with your ass in front of the TV achieving nothing!

I use this at home and it definitely cleans differently than string floss. Regular floss is effective but messy. Flossing picks are convenient to use but don’t work as well (if you are going for a thorough clean). I like that I can fill with oral rinse and get it below the gum line. I use all three types and would not recommend using the Air Floss as your only floss.

I’m surprised you don’t have a problem with food build up. Then again, my teeth are likely different than yours in terms of spacing.
