The new Canine Treadmill from TheFancy touts itself as a dog-walking solution in places with inclement weather conditions, but we know the truth: it’s perfect for lazy dog owners who don’t want to get up off the couch!
When you just can’t tear yourself away from Game of Thrones, simply power up this “whisper-quiet” dog exercise machine and let your pup take itself on a walk. (“Most pets will benefit from 45 minutes of moderate activity,” the site advises.) The treadmill is suitable for dog breeds that weigh in at 60 pounds or lighter.
The Canine Treadmill’s sturdy rubber belt is soft on your pet’s paws; meanwhile, side rails keep dogs’ attention forward. You can adjust the treadmill’s speed, distance, and incline with simple controls. (See more information in the included instructional guide).
The machine uses a 1 hp motor and has a 47 1/4″ L x 17″ W running surface with 0-9% incline. It operates at speeds from 0.5 to 8 mph, plugs into an AC adapter and is also equipped with a safety on/off switch and a recessed treat holder.
Unfortunately, the convenience of the Canine Treadmill isn’t cheap: the exercise machine will run you $1,850. You’ll also have to figure out how to let your dog go to the bathroom.
