    I do not have this antenna, I do however have an antenna similar to this and I just simply have it in my windows facing the market I want most and it works just about as good as if it was on the roof. I have a two story house and all the houses near me and in my neighborhood are the same height or less.
    Cabel tv companies get the HD signals for free and the then compress the signals to standard definition (SD) and then charge Y0U for HD…. This is why I use a antenna, I want free HD instead.
    I get about 5o free channels. I use the Internet for the rest of my viewing needs such as roku and netflix, etc.

  3. On a wall or in an attic installing a grounding kit or lighting strike protector is not only essential but code in most every state. For under $20 why take the risk?
