It turns out that the Japanese are just as lazy as Americans. My proof? This remote-controlled duster.
Okay, so sweeping generalizations aside, I’d actually love to give this thing a go on my hardwood floors, which don’t measure more than a few hundred square feet, with 85% of them visible from my living room couch. See what I’m alluding to here? Sure, a Roomba, or really any automated vacuum of any price would be better. But at just $21 what do I have to lose but a few drinks at some overpriced bar in Los Angeles? – Scratch that, make it one drink.
It’s not clear if that handle does double duty as an antenna, but I do know that you’ll need 6 AA batteries; 4 for the duster and 2 for the remote control. Odds are those batteries won’t last long, so get yourself some rechargeable, otherwise you’ll be north of $50 before you know it.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
