Was his resume deemed unworthy by Stark Industries human resource department? Were his innovations and blueprints stolen by Tony Stark himself? Was he fired for using an iPhone on company grounds knowing full well Tony is obviously an “Android” man? Could this be a way to show Pepper Potts that Iron Man doesn’t have the biggest ballistic gauntlets in the Marvel Universe? Or is tech tinkerer Patrick Priebe just a fan looking for a slice of his own billionaire, playboy/genius/philanthropist lifestyle?? Who knows the “why’s” that lay within the brain of today’s super villains? Lets just marvel at the unquestionable cool.
Patrick Priebe of Laser Gadgets has patched this little gem together. It’s a relatively working replica of an Iron Man gauntlet with working lasers–laser powerful enough to pop a speeding balloon from a couple feet away. The laser can even “burn things” Patrick eloquently informs us. The gauntlet is made from metals and “runs on 1x 18650 plus 2x 14500 Li Ion cells. 2 blue lasers on board, 1.2W each, plus 2 4mW for aiming.” Patrick is clearly preparing for world domination with no intention of letting consumers in on the fun. He has “no desire of sharing with you his build plans, but you can watch the video and wish you had one.”
