The 11.6-inch HP Envy x2 convertible tablet got its first discount today since its November 14th launch date. HP has it down to $749.99, which is $100 off the previous $849.99 price tag. The pluses are a sturdy brushed-metal design with a solid 7-hour battery life and a responsive Windows 8 touch experience.

Today only there’s an absurdly good deal on an Onkyo 5.1-Channel 3D home theater receiver for only $135. That’s $34 less than the current next best price. The receiver even has a built-in USB port to connect an iPod to for better sound quality than a regular Aux input. Well-reviewed and a steal at this price.

If you’re looking for a deal on a PS3 controller there’s no reason to pass up Best Buy’s Deal of the Day. For the price of a PS3 controller ($40) you get the wireless controller and the Twisted Metal game. Since Twisted Metal by itself is $37 this bundle is almost half the cost of the game and controller separately.
