ASUS Gets Square With The Qube For GoogleTV Streaming (Video)

GoogleTV is making a valiant push for wider exposure and brand recognition. One of the cooler new forms this is taking is with PC component overlord ASUS. They’re up to the plate with a modest looking black box. This is the ASUS Qube and it will be the first of its kind to stream your GoogleTV Honeycomb 3.2 content.

Asus Qube ASUS Gets Square With The Qube For GoogleTV Streaming (Video)The Qube is a very compelling device on paper. The included remote can do motion control. Pair that with GoogleTV’s existing voice recognition and you have an unprecedented manner with which you can control GoogleTV. The Google Voice button is right there on the app. The remote also sports a QWERTY keyboard which cleans up any navigation shenanegans missed by voice and motion control.

ASUS wasn’t satisfied there. Download the companion app to your Android device and you have yet another handy remote to seize control of all your soap operas and cooking shows. The app is currently found on the Android Play Store.
