The Tic Fasteners Instantly Sew Shirt Buttons Back On
There is one thing I hate more than mailing envelopes and packages. It’s sewing that damn fiddly shirt buttons back on. As if it weren’t bad enough trying to thread the needle, getting the needle through the same spot and not stabbing myself in the finger again and again is almost an exercise in futility. And if I do happen to get the job done, the button usually falls off a few months later. So suffice to say I’m not apt at the art of sewing.
Enter the Tic Fasteners. They’re designed to be a permanent and easy solution for morons like me, though unlike a needle and thread they’re good for a one off use. Perfectly fine with me, especially seeing as I tend to lose a sewing kits well before I expend its contents. The Tic Fasteners, a product of Sweden, work similar to a stapler, though it bears a resemblance to a staple remover. Just align the button, staple, and twist. The excess plastic can be tossed away (in a recycling bin) and what you’re left with is a re-adhered button that will hopefully last through machines washes and the occasional visit to the strip club.
