10. Margin Call (Thriller)

A financial crisis is about to go down, and this flick follows the key people at an investment bank, over a 24-hour period, during the early stages of the looming crisis.

9. Chinatown (Drama)

Roman Polanski directs this crime drama about a private detective investigating an adultery case stumbles on to a scheme of murder that has something to do with water that stars Jack Nicholson and Faye Dunaway.

8. Red Dawn (Action/Adventure)

It’s been remade but nothing beats the original 1984 version with Patrick Swayze. The action/war movie is about a mid-western American group of teens who band together to defend their town and country from invading Soviet forces on the dawn of World War III.

7. Senna (Documentary)

The interesting documentary tells the life and story of Brazilian Formula One racer Ayrton Senna. He won the F1 world championship 3 times before his pre-mature death at only 34.

6. A Good Old Fashioned Orgy (Comedy)

The name might make it seem as if it’s an “adult” film, but the comedy is about a group of 30-somethings who have been pals since their teens and want to throw one hell of a end of summer orgy. Good times, right!

ABC’s hit drama “Revenge” will have you bitting your nails! Right now it’s airing season 2, but you can start from the beginning since season one is now streaming on Netflix. The show’s about Emily Thorne who is out for revenge in The Hamptons after her father is sent to prison for life for a crime he didn’t commit.
