Owning a penthouse is to some the pinnacle of success. However, only few can own this type of luxury, which is often further exemplified by the exclusive key card security often found in the building’s elevator. But that’s hardly the case at the En-Suite Sky Porches at the Hamilton Scott luxury private residence in Singapore.
We first told you about this building in late August. At the time we didn’t have any video to show off our grandiose claims. Now, thanks to Reuters, we’ve got an inside, working look at this ultra high end building. If you don’t recall, each apartment in Hamilton Scott building includes its very own in suite parking spot for what appears to be up to two cars. A separate car elevator, complete with moving floor and biometric security, hoists each car high into the sky and automatically parks it the apartment. It’s far from a necessity, but one that will surely appeal to those that spend six figures on a vehicle.
