Wouldn’t it be nice to have a phone built-in to your hand? If you’ve seen the newest “Total Recall” movie, then you know what we’re talking about. Unfortunately, we’re about 50 years out from embedding smart devices into our body, at least ones with that level of functionality. However, there is an option that is arguably comparable.
The Motorola RAZR i sports a remarkably awesome edge-to-edge 4.3-inch SUPER AMOLED display, which when held in your hand, is something analogous to having it embedded directly into your palm. A stretching of the truth, yes, but you get our point. Nevertheless, your viewing experience won’t be impeded upon by a set of thick, black bars, as seen in some other phones.
But this isn’t the only redeeming feature of the RAZR i. Under the hood is a snappy Intel Atom Z2460 processor clocked at 2GHz, which should keep things humming along smoothly. Other features include 8GB of storage (expandable via a microSD card slot), 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel camera capable of capturing full HD video, and a 2,000 mAh battery all stuffed inside a Kevlar coated (for added durability) 8.3mm thin body.
The RAZR i should start shipping (with Android 4.04) in the UK on October 1st.
