Eating healthy means not eating fried foods, right?  For the most part yes, but exercise is also a big factor in overall health.  Without it eating healthy is like brushing your teeth without toothpaste.  Not the best analogy, but you get our drift.  That being said, mental health is also the key to overall physical well being, which means indulging in the occasional basket of french fries.  We’re not suggesting you go out and Scrooge McDuck yourself into a vat of oil.  Instead, consider a healthy alternative, the Philips Philips Avance Airfryer, which purportedly allows you to prepare your favorite foods with 80% less fat.

Philips just announced a new, larger version, which as it happens also cooks food 30% faster.  It’s called the XL.  The idea of using a tad bit of oil combined with super hot circulating air makes our mouths water just thinking about it, especially since the caloric implications are fair less worse, though not totally mitigated.  Using the Philips Airfryer looks as simple as dumping ingredients into its dishwasher safe mouth, turning it on, setting the temperature, and then waiting.    Included are a few accessories, such as a skewer attachment for a grilling effect, in addition to a few other baking necessities.  The touchscreen like panel and black or white finish doesn’t hurt either.

The newer version, the XL, hasn’t been given a shipping date or price, but you can guarantee that it will show up for the holidays.
