Jon Olsson my be a professional freeskier and alpine racer that holds the record for the most third place finishes in any ski-related sport, but he’s also an avid car enthusiast. Last year, he came out with his personal Lamborghni ski transporter and now he’s provided info on his newest aftermarket creation, his carbon fiber Audi R8 Razor GTR.
He calles it the most extreme Audi R8 in the world since it can handle some pretty extreme conditions. It’s tuned by PPI to push out 600 ponies with its V10 engine and features a powerful shell that sports 10 layers of clear coat over the paint and full carbon fiber body to protect it from the harshest of conditions. Olsson also had its base widened and its overall weight dropped to approximately 1,320 lb so that it can handle the slippery slopes he takes it on while he’s in the luxurious (and warm) suede-covered cabin.
There’s also a custom ski box on top of the R8 that’ features LED lighting and an independently-powered ski-boot warmer so that he can take his Razor when he’s out practicing his technique.
