It seems the auto industry is taking more cues from the fashion world. Earlier this year, back in March to be exact, John Varvatos collaborated with Chrysler for a one-off 300C that was auctioned off for charity. It was a head-turning edition, so Chrysler decided to make a few more John Varvatos Chrysler 300C vehicles for 2013 for the general public.
The Limited Edition 2013 John Varvatos Chrysler 300C sports a sleek exterior that’s dressed in an exclusive Phantom Black tri-coat exterior with dark titanium accents in place of the usual chrome on the grille and exhaust tips and a set of sinister 20-inch spoke wheels were added. Rounding out exterior mods are some smoked LED taillights.
The interior is just as nice, with pewter metallic leather seats combined with the reworked instrument panel and gauge cluster to bring that really highlight Varvatos’ high fashion design. The Limited Edition also features Varvatos badges that tie in his strong connection to the rock ‘n’ roll scene. Still no word on how many will be made, but it will come in either a V8 or V6 version.
