The Onion Takes Aim at HP and Their Cloud Offering (video)
Peer into the eyes of any tech company and you’ll likely see clouds floating around. And by that we mean The Cloud. It’s a tech phrase that has gained so much momentum since Apple launched their iCloud, that most people accept it willingly not even knowing what it does or how it works. In reality, the technology isn’t new fangled. In fact, it’s pretty much the same tech we’ve been using in our homes and in our offices for years. But instead of us explaining all this wonderment to you, you should have a look at the Onion’s interview with HP, as they sink line and hook customers into The Cloud.
Note: the Onion is a fictional news show, so please don’t believe this is a real interview with a real HP exec. We’d sort of hope the fog machine aimed directly at the laptop in their lab would be a pretty strong indicator of that, but we feel it only right to have full disclosure.
