Wii U Hands On (E3)

Nintendo Wii U

Spawned in the horrendous heat of a Los Angeles winter, James was born with an incessant need to press buttons. Whether it was the car radio, doorbells on Halloween or lights, James pushed, pressed and prodded every button. No elevator was left unscathed, no building intercom was left un-rung, and no person he’s known has been left un-annoyed.

I’m pretty sure this will tank big time.

Most Wii’s have gathered dust since launch, as non-gamers toyed with the idea then put it away.  They aren’t going to make that mistake again.

The XBox and more specifically the PS3 is where casual gaming is.  Titles like Little Big Planet and  such.

The PS3 and Vita when used together can achieve the same as what the Wii-U does (the controller/screen thing), and a whole lot more besides.

  2. I think where the Wii U could really excel is in those games where the person with the Wii U screen device is a tag team player to the person with the controller – much like the Super Mario Bros. game where this person has to help by placing blocks
