We just learned that Samsung Galaxy S3 will see preorders begin on Verizon and AT&T’s network on June 6th.  That said, AT&T will be the only carrier to offer the phone in a red finish, in addition to the blue or white variant.

Both carriers will sell the handset for $199.99, which include 16GB of storage, a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, 8-megapixel camera, Android 4.0, a 1.5Ghz  dual-core processor, and a whole lot more.  All this will fit into a 4.7oz package that measures 8.6mm thin.  In fact, if you want a thorough run down, checkout our comparison that pits the Samsung Galaxy SIII against the iPhone 4s.

Unfortunately, AT&T and Verizon haven’t said when the handset will actually be available, though we do know it will arrive in T-Mobile and Sprint stores on June 21st with preorders potentially starting on June 5th for the two aforementioned carriers.
