Kristie Bertucci is an L.A.-based writer, who can't live without her MacBook Pro. When she's not writing, she's either reading or shopping (online, of course) and loves lazy days so she can catch up on her DVR-recorded shows and movies. She's definitely a Mac girl, she loves music and is currently on a mission to to have an insane and enviable iTunes library.

  1. Whoever made the review is obviously in favors with wal-mart or even perhaps is a wal-mart executive. They need to die, plan and simple. Ok so vudu offers 2-3 3D movies that redbox does not support. First off, how many users even watch 3D movies or even have TV’s that support 3D features? Probably not many. And of course the price… 6$ for a single movie… That’s outrageous lol. I can pay 5$ at redbox and get nearly 5 movies VS 1 movie on vudu. Oh sorry I’m missing a dollar there aren’t i? Anyways u get my point. Vudu= Leaving everyone broke, redbox= everyone happy. 😏

Hmm…I see your point. However, Vudu is instant and convenient. Redbox you have to have one nearby and also drive to it.

  2. Saving money is the bottom line. I say RB is the clear winner.
And like Bob said…”Redbox is already located at places i go to all the time”.

  3. This reviewer is not smart. I have used Vudo and good like finding a movie you actually wanna watch for less then $5. All new releases at red box are $1.20 or $1.50 blu ray. That is a huge difference. Sure online convenient, but if u rent 3 movies start addingup that price difference. Redbox is already located at places i goto all the time anyway, it is easy to pick up a movie and drop it off the next day on my way to work or where ever. $3.60 for 3 movies, or $15. How is this even a comparison.
