The Avengers broke into theaters this past weekend and earned over $200 million, the biggest movie opening in movie history. The film is directed by true nerd Joss Whedon and is jam packed with action, satire and all the elements that make for a blockbuster (we know, we saw it last night). And while we’re far from adorning a super hero outfit at the opening of the next comic book movie (“The Amazing Spiderman”) we’re about one keystroke away from buy ing this Avengers set of four USB sticks.
Each stick can hold up to 8GB of data, but clearly the draw is that they’re each modeled after their respective super hero. A hammer for Thor, a hand (smash) for Hulk, a shield for Captain America and a glowing head for Iron Man. It’s just too bad that the set is only on sale from Groupon in Hong Kong for $199, which is a hell of a deal since the retail cost is over $1,000.
Grew up back East, got sick of the cold and headed West. Since I was small I have been pushing buttons - both electronic and human. With an insatiable need for tech I thought "why not start a blog focusing on technology, and use my dislikes and likes to post on gadgets."
