Shoving a lawn mower around is probably one of the last things we wanna do, especially when it’s hot and muggy during the summer months.  One option is to convert that lawn into a sand pit, which removes the need for biweekly cuttings as well as watering.  But that’s hardly visually pleasing and if your only reason for despising your lawn is the mowing part, then you need yourself one of these: the Lawn Bott LB1500 SpyderEVO.

The LB1500 SpyderEVO is to the lawn mower, as iRobot is to the vacuum.  In fact, the concept is virtually the same, though instead of cleaning your floors the LB1500 SpyderEVO can autonomosly mow your lawn for up to 3.5 hours over 10,000 square feet.  An onboard bump sensor ensures that it slice your cat into minced meat, while a premimeter wire system keeps it from running wild into your neighbor’s yard.  And since the LB1500 SpyderEVO doesn’t use a bag to collect the freshly severed grass, they recommend you set it to cut often, which means you’ll want to invest in the optional self homing charging station.

So how much for all this convenience cost?  $1799.  However, keep in mind it’s electric so you won’t have to purchase that pricey, and bad for the earth gasoline.
