iPad Countertop
So we don’t know anything about this iPad countertop installation. Needless to say, from a practical standpoint it looks like a terrible idea. Spill something and you can say goodbye to your iPad. But lets hope there is some sort of protective casing over it that allows the touch interaction to still take place.
In any event, aesthetically we’re in love. It might make the most sense in a coffee table setup since odds are you’ll be planted in front of your home theater, stereo system or TV – everyone knows the iPad makes a great complement to those components.
That said, we do know that it comes from Swedish designer Ballingslov. Feel free to poke around their website. We did and couldn’t find the above image.
