In “Zombie Land”, rule number 2 is the double tap. According to Jessie Eisenberg’s character it’s imperative that you implement this rule, otherwise a once dead zombie could lurch forward from his shallow grave and grab a chunk of leg meat. No more walks in the park for you.

But if you do decide to take a walk in the park, late at night, you might wanna strap on the DoubleTap Tactical Pocket Pistol. Unlike other gun of the same ilk – ones that fit in a purse or a pair of undies – this hand sized piece of weaponry fires .45 caliber bullets, often found in full sized handguns.

The aluminum version starts at $499, while the titanium version starts at $729. The design is analogous, at least according to us, to that of a shotgun, requiring you to manually load two bullets into the barrel after expending the rounds. That said, you can store 2 bullets in the handle, which is a nice touch if you don’t wanna adorn a bullet belt or rifle through your pockets in the heat of the battle. And if you didn’t notice, the Double Tap utilizes a hammerless design, making it easy to remove from a pocket or purse without the possibility of getting snagged on a fiber of clothing.

You can buy the Double Tap any day now from your local gun store. They also sell a 9mm conversion kit if you’re looking for less kick from the recoil.
