For some the iPad can play second fiddle to their computer. After all, you can watch movies, compose emails and do almost, almost everything you can do on a computer, provided you’re not trying to be productive. That said, the iPad shouldn’t be negated from the workday, and actually could play complement to your work flow by providing a second screen for reading emails, chatting up a coworker or client over face time or simply let you unwind with a slow game of Words with Friends.
The HoverBar lets you attach your iPad 2 to just about anything that is up to 1-inch thick thanks to a two clamp that is coated in silicone and is specifically designed to leave no marks. Obviously, the above picture says it all for us, but if need be you could strap it to a variety of other things found in the home or the car. The neck of the HoverBar can be articulated, accommodating even the most crooked of necks, or simply those watching while at a desk or in bed. Furthermore, the case itself can be rotated in any direction, though, note that it is designed to fit the iPad 2 only, so original iPad owners are SOL.
You can buy the HoverBar for $79.99.
