27lb Lobster Caught in Maine and Released Back into Wild (odd)
It’s always great to come across some strange news every now and again, which is why we wanted to share with you these piece of odd news! Apparently one massive lobster weighting 27 pounds and the size of a toddler was captured off the coast of Maine. As the biggest lobster ever to be caught in Maine, the monster crustacean was caught by a shrimp fisherman near Boothbay Harbor. Even though it looks very enticing, this lobster won’t be making its way to anybody’s plate soon since it’s going to be released back into the wild after being taken to the Maine Aquarium. It’s the biggest lobster ever brought into the aquarium by about four pounds.
