Spawned in the horrendous heat of a Los Angeles winter, James was born with an incessant need to press buttons. Whether it was the car radio, doorbells on Halloween or lights, James pushed, pressed and prodded every button. No elevator was left unscathed, no building intercom was left un-rung, and no person he’s known has been left un-annoyed.

  1. I know I’ll be waiting for a review of the Maxx.  I passed on the Bionic to see what the Razr would be, then passed on the Razer to see the Nexus, but the RazrMaxx might be the one.  You can’t stay on top of the curve for long, so I’m waiting for the phone that will keep me there the longest.  Two year contracts make it hard to to trade up every two weeks for the latest cool stuff.

    • Totally understandable. The Galaxy Nexus is a solid phone, but battery life is meh (still testing, review coming sometime next week depending on CES coverage). The Razr is also good, but no point in getting it now with the Maxx. If you’re sticking with Verizon, the Maxx may be a good handset to wait for. Stay tuned for a hands-on.
